# Pricing

## Deplo is free. You only pay for the server.

## The same app, priced everywhere

Pick your team, your traffic and the services that stay on. Each platform is priced from its public list; Deplo is the average monthly price of the partner servers that hold the same load.

### Vercel Pro

- Vercel Pro: $20 per month, with 1 deploying seat.
- $20 per month for every other person who can deploy.
- A worker or a database cannot stay awake here. Vercel's own guide moves workers to Queues, Workflows or Cron Jobs and databases to a Marketplace provider, each billed on its own.
- Traffic up to 1024 GB per month: $0 per month.
- Traffic up to 51200 GB per month: $20 per month.
- Function and image usage is left out of both columns: on Pro the $20 monthly credit covers it for a small app.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://vercel.com/docs/pricing/flat-rate-cdn.

### Railway Pro

- Railway Pro: $20 per month, with unlimited members and $20 of usage included.
- $20 per vCPU and $10 per GB of memory, per month.
- $0.05 per GB of traffic.
- One always-on service is a gigabyte of memory on both sides: here half a vCPU and a gigabyte at their published rates, $20 a month. A heavier service costs more there and the same here.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://railway.com/pricing.

### Render Pro

- Render Pro: $25 per month, with unlimited members.
- $0.15 per GB of traffic over the 25 GB included.
- One always-on service is a gigabyte of memory on both sides. On Render the smallest plan that holds it is 1c-2g, 2 GB for $25 a month: their 512 MB plan is $7 and would not. Build minutes, $5 per extra thousand, are not counted.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://render.com/pricing.

### Heroku

- One always-on service is a gigabyte of memory on both sides. On Heroku the dyno that holds one is the Standard-2X, $50 a month: the $25 Standard-1X and the $7 Basic carry 512 MB. A database is an add-on on top, from $5 to $50 and beyond.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://www.heroku.com/pricing/.

### Netlify Pro

- Netlify Pro: $20 per month, with unlimited members.
- Nothing stays awake here. A function runs for the length of a request, a background one stops at fifteen minutes, and a worker lives somewhere else, with a bill of its own. Their Postgres is the only database on offer.
- $0.13 per GB of traffic over the 150 GB included.
- Credits are converted at $10 for 1,500, the price of a Pro pack: a gigabyte is 20 credits, about $0.13, and the 3,000 credits in the plan are counted as the first 150 GB. Production deploys, 15 credits each, are not counted. Pro tiers up to 20,000 credits for $126 make heavy traffic a little cheaper.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://www.netlify.com/pricing/.

### Fly.io

- $2.19 per vCPU and $6 per GB of memory, per month.
- $0.02 per GB of traffic.
- One always-on service is a gigabyte of memory on both sides: here a shared-cpu-1x machine at $2.19, which carries 256 MB, plus $6 a gigabyte for the other 0.75. Volumes and a managed Postgres, from $38 a month, are not counted.
- Prices read on 2026-10-08 from https://docs.fly.io/about/pricing.

Their prices come from each public price list, read on 8 October 2026. Build minutes, add-ons and usage beyond these answers are not counted. Deplo itself is free: its figure is the server alone.

## Pricing questions

What Deplo costs, who you pay for the server, and what support covers.

### Is Deplo really free?

Yes. Deplo is open source under AGPL-3.0 and you run it on your own server. Every feature is included, with no trial, no seat limit and no paid tier. Enterprise support is the only thing you can pay us for, and it is optional.

### How does Deplo make money?

Two ways. When you buy a server through one of our hosting partners, the partner pays Deplo a small commission, and you pay the same price you would pay going to them directly. Teams that want it pay for enterprise support.

### Do I have to use a partner?

No. Deplo installs with one command on any server you control: one you already own, a VPS from any provider, or a machine in your office.

### What do I pay the partner?

Only the server plan, billed by the partner at the price on their site. Deplo adds nothing on top.

### Can I change hosting later?

Yes. Your apps are not tied to the provider: install Deplo on the new server and deploy them there.

### Do you offer enterprise support?

Yes. Priority support with a first reply within one business day, help with installation and migration, a private channel with the team and custom work, under a written service agreement. Write to enterprise@deplo.build.

### Does the SLA cover uptime?

No. Deplo runs on your servers, so uptime depends on your infrastructure and your provider. The SLA covers how fast we answer: a first reply within one business day, Monday to Friday (CET).

## Ten minutes from now,
it's live.

Answer three questions and pick a host, or install Deplo on a server you already have. It's free, and leaving is as easy as arriving. What you do with the money you save is your business.
